DENY zoning change request to double residential density on 14.77 acres at 3138 Ocean Highway near Hog Heaven. (Public hearing rescheduled for October 26, at 5:30 pm. Details to follow in a week or so.)
FOLLOW our land use plan and DENY all zoning change requests to increase density in Pawleys-Litchfield.
INCLUDE strict language in the comprehensive land use plan revision to limit zoning changes that increase density.
Our county officials consistently turn a blind eye to our comprehensive plan and support agendas that favor developers and special interests. The residents of the Waccamaw Neck are growing weary of being ignored and effectively unrepresented.
This is a final push to make our voices heard and it is important for us to get as many signatures on this Petition as possible. Please tell your friends and neighbors.
