Please join your friends and neighbors in signing the attached Petition opposing a request by an out-of-town Developer to change the zoning on 14.45 acres of land on the west side of Petigru Road just north of Mercom to HIGH DENSITY to allow the construction of a 182-UNIT MULTI-FAMILY APARTMENT COMPLEX. The land is currently vacant and consists primarily of forested wetlands.
The Petition requests County Council to DENY this zoning change request and we need as many signatures as possible.
